Every year around now, there is a small window of opportunity to dispute your Mohave County AZ Tax Valuation. Our Mohave County Assessor’s Office fields many, many petitions to review valuation on Mohave County, AZ residential, commercial or unimproved property.
Once you receive you Notice Of Valuation, you will have 60 days from notice to submit your request that the County Assessor review the Full Cash Valuation of your property, if you suspect it is based on too high a market value.
